Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Fleetgo Logistics Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your shipments. However, if there are issues with service execution, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.

1.Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The shipment was not picked up within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Your shipment was lost in transit, and a valid claim is submitted.
  • You were billed incorrectly due to a technical error or duplicate payment.
  • The shipment was damaged in transit, and a damage claim is approved.
  • You cancel your order before pickup has occurred.

Refunds are not applicable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, wrong address, customs issues, or if the recipient is unavailable.

2.Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The recipient refuses delivery without a valid reason.
  • Shipment contains prohibited/restricted items.
  • The address or contact information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
  • Shipment is returned to origin (RTO) after multiple failed delivery attempts.
  • Claim is submitted after the claim window closes.

3.Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Email [email protected] with the subject line: Refund Request – [Tracking Number].
  • Include:
    • Order/tracking number
    • Reason for refund
    • Proof of payment (if applicable)
    • Photos of damaged shipment (if applicable)

4.Timeline

5.Mode of Refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the transaction:

  • UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet.

We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
