Welcome to Fleetgo. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our logistics and shipping services, including any related websites, mobile applications, or communication channels (“Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Fleetgo’s services.

1. Scope of Services

Fleetgo offers:

  • Domestic and international courier and cargo services
  • Express and standard delivery options
  • Freight and warehousing logistics
  • Shipment tracking and customer support

All services are subject to availability and operational limitations.

2. Booking & Documentation

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate information including pickup/delivery addresses, contact details, invoice details, and package content.
  • Fleetgo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any shipment that violates our Restricted Items Policy or is improperly documented.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all legal documentation for customs and compliance is complete for cross-border shipments.

3. Packaging Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure packages are securely packed, labeled, and sealed.
  • Fleetgo will not be liable for damages arising from improper packaging.
  • Fragile items must be clearly marked. Additional packaging services are available on request.

4. Prohibited Goods

Fleetgo will not carry:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Currency, gold, silver, precious items
  • Narcotics or illegal substances
  • Human remains or live animals

5. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of booking and are not guaranteed. Fleetgo is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
  • Local delivery disruptions

6. Liability & Limitations

  • Fleetgo’s liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value or ₹1,000 (whichever is lower), unless additional insurance is purchased.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Consequential or indirect losses (business loss, revenue loss, emotional distress)
    • Damage due to force majeure, packaging failure, or delay beyond control

7. Refund & Claims Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for:
    • Non-picked shipments
    • Verified loss/damage during transit
    • Duplicate or overpayments
  • Claim Window: Within 7 days of scheduled delivery.
  • Claim Processing Time: 7–10 business days.

8. Customs & Compliance

  • International shipments are subject to local customs laws.
  • Recipient is responsible for duties, taxes, and clearance charges.
  • Fleetgo is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or seizures.

9. Tracking & Communication

  • Fleetgo provides real-time tracking via web and app.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery status using the provided tracking ID.

10. Amendments

Fleetgo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are binding upon publication.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes, differences, or claims arising out of or relating to the services provided by Fleetgo Logistics Pvt. Ltd., shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, without prejudice to Fleetgo’s right to initiate proceedings in any other court having competent jurisdiction including Kozhikode, Bangalore, or Chennai, depending on the nature of the dispute.
